the room had a broken light and the check-in took forever (it felt like ages! ). but the kitchen was handy for making meals, the staff was super friendly! and the free breakfast had fresh waffles!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and laundry facilities. On my first stay, the staff kindly arranged a late check-out, which I appreciated. I’m coming back for xmas!

I was really disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The first room given to us was not only dirty but there were visible stains and issues with the furniture. It felt unsafe as housekeeping knocked on our door, unsure if we were still in the room, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

Just a proper fit for a brief pit stop in Grand Rapids with value for money. The half basketball court was a nice surprise. Avoid second floor rooms if you want peace and quiet.
